Student work experience

We offer students aged 14-16 who are required to complete 2-3 weeks of work experience as part of their school curriculum the opportunity to familiarise themselves with our company.

For organisational reasons, however, the number of positions we can offer here is limited. 

Career training programmes

• Industrial clerk
  

Education and training are important to us! We have worked successfully for many years with a recognised, external professional training company in the Rhine-Main region that guarantees high qualification standards in the individual training fields.

We offer young people with at least a Realschule (intermediate secondary school) certificate or Abitur (university entrance diploma) the opportunity to participate in a training programme as an industrial clerk lasting two to two-and-a-half years. Within this programme, they learn all business and administrative tasks in the areas of sales/shipping, purchasing, production planning and accounting. 

We place great value on expanding existing language skills, and we view competent use of the most important office and business software as another key skill set.

• Machine and plant operator

Over the course of a two-year training programme, trainees learn to control and operate production plants, manage material flows and inspect and maintain machines and plants. They are also instructed in industry-specific manufacturing technologies and various testing procedures and equipment. In the area of production planning, they learn about the individual work steps of a production process, preventive maintenance of machines and plants and key quality assurance measures.  A Hauptschule (general school) certificate of at least satisfactory (befriedigend) is required for participation in this training programme.

• Mechatronic technician  
• Industrial mechanic 

University students
We offer special opportunities to students at general or applied science universities in the following fields:

• Business and economics, engineering management
• Mechanical engineering and materials science

Such students might be accepted for the following opportunities:

• Temporary employment as a student worker during the semester break
• Topics for a research project, bachelor's, master's or diploma thesis
